What is the cost of the virtual tours?

Our pricing is as follows:

Daily Pass: $10
Weekly Pass: $50 (unlimited access for a week)
Monthly Pass: $150 (unlimited access for a month, including special highlights and workshops).

Are the virtual tours live or pre-recorded?

We offer both options:

Live Tours: Engage in real-time with expert guides and ask questions during the session.
Pre-Recorded Tours: Enjoy high-quality, on-demand content at your convenience.

What technology do I need to participate?

All you need is:

A device with internet access (computer, tablet, or smartphone).
A stable internet connection for seamless streaming.
A video conferencing app (if the session is live, such as Zoom or Google Meet).

Can I share my virtual tour link with others?

No, each booking provides access for one user or household. Sharing your link may result in termination of access as per our terms of service.

Do you offer corporate or group tours?

What if I miss a live session?

No problem! If you miss a live session, we will provide you with access to a recorded version of the tour for a limited time.

Are there refunds if I cancel my booking?

Refunds are available if cancellations are made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour. For cancellations made after this period, refunds may not be guaranteed. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy on the website for more details.

Can I interact with the guide during the tour?
