When booking, please include in the space available to leave a message that you are an educator, your name, the subject you teach, the school name, state, and school website if available. What technology do I need to participate?

All you need is:

A stable internet connection for seamless streaming.
A video conferencing app (if the session is live, such as Zoom or Google Meet).

Can I share my virtual tour link with others?

No, each booking provides access for one user or household. Sharing your link may result in termination of access as per our terms of service.

Do you offer corporate or group tours?

What if I miss a live session?

No problem! If you miss a live session, we will provide you with access to a recorded version of the tour for a limited time.

Are there refunds if I cancel my booking?

Refunds are available if cancellations are made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour. For cancellations made after this period, refunds may not be guaranteed. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy on the website for more details.

Can I interact with the guide during the tour?

Yes! For live tours, you can ask questions and interact with the guide in real time. It’s a great way to make the experience more engaging and personalized.
